Welcome to STUFF (Stockport User-Friendly Forum)
We are volunteer service-user led group for people who experience mental distresss and who have accessed mental health services. We have been making a difference for over 10 years.
We are here to represent your needs or be your voice. We do our best to influence the setting up and running of mental health services in Stockport.
We listen. Then we feedback your comments, complaints and any praise to managers and committees at all levels.
National guidelines insist on the views of service users being heard, and we continue to push for improvements in services and for more service user involvement.
We aim to give ongoing support to all service users, through training, open forum, discussion, research adn facilitation.
We work towards reducing the stigma and discrimination that people with mental distress are faced with.
